1. Services.

AIx Momentum (operated by Buzzleit Technologies Private Limited) provides AI-powered performance marketing services. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the client agreement, not on this website.

2. Pricing and payment.

Pricing shown on this site or in proposals is indicative until confirmed in a signed agreement or invoice. Invoices are due per the terms stated on them. Late payment may result in pausing work or account access.

Payments for services already rendered are final and non-refundable. Billing errors must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date.

4. No guarantee of results.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, platform changes, client execution, etc.). We do not guarantee specific results.

5. Client responsibilities.

Clients must provide timely access, approvals, and assets needed for us to deliver services.

6. Term and termination.

Engagements run per the agreed term. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
